Saturday Picked up new Tenere at Honda Yamaha of Redlands, rode it home to our house in Redlands.
7/26/20 Sunday After not ridding for 3 or four years, took Tenere 700 out for the first ride 53 miles! Rode 1N16 in San Bernardino National Forrest. 18 miles of road to get there and back 30 miles of dirt. Bike did great, my biggest challenge was putting my boots on. What the heck is going on, I can’t bend over far enough to see the buckles…better start them yoga classes., sheeez. Bike ran great tracked good, handle great. Definitely need bar risers and wider, lower foot pegs. I have no idea why we need that much power in the dirt, ran good. Now my body different story, arms legs neck, actually everything but my rear is soar., attribute that to great seat. Next ride in two weeks. Now ordering accessories!
