MOAB UTAH: OVER 300 MILES OF TRAILS: CLOSED
The Bureau of Land Management released the final signed decision for the Labyrinth Rims/Gemini Bridges near Moab. It is a terrible decision for anyone who enjoys recreating in this area. The plan closes 317 miles of some of the best backcountry
roads and trails in the world.
Hey Joe Canyon is closed. Ten Mile Wash is closed. Hell Roaring Canyon is closed. Numerous spurs that lead to scenic overlooks and dispersed campsites are closed. Numerous RS2477 county roads are closed.
Several routes featured in Volume 2 of the Lost Trails Guidebook will be closed.
We will be challenging this plan in all ways that we can. We hope you will support us in this fight.

- Order a copy of Vol 2 of our Lost Trails Guidebook

Earlier this week we announced the pre-print release of the Lost Trails Guidebook Volume 2, and today we have picked up the physical copies from the printer.
The first volume of the Lost Trails Guidebook featured 30 trails in Utah that are at risk of closure as part of an ongoing planning process from the Bureau of Land Management. This latest volume features trails in the Moab region of Utah,
the Black Canyon Corridor region of Arizona, the GMUG snowmobiling area of Colorado, and a selection of dispersed campsites that are also at risk of closure.
