Once on the site, click on the square box with the three dots in it on the "*AGENCY line".
Now, scroll down (page 2) to "USFS - Los Padres National Forest" and check the box on the left.
Click on one of the comments boxes on the right. Planning is for new projects and Ground Operations is for maintenance and improvements of existing facilities/trails.
