"A federal judge has ordered the closure of 2,200 miles of legally designated OHV routes
and vast swaths of the Mojave Desert—imposing land-use policy from the bench without Congress, community input, or accountability. This precedent puts all public land access at risk. Tell the Department of Justice to step in now and stop judicial overreach
before these closures spread nationwide."
