I have three pieces of good news
The most important is that the 60 year old guy who supposedly had a confirmed case of the virus in Beatty, is now out of quarantine after
only 7 days. This makes me doubt he really had the virus in the first place. The hotel manager knows who he is and said he is a town loner anyway. We will know in another 7 days if there was any community spread in Beatty which I highly doubt.
Another good news is that we have been getting lots of light rain, the grass and flowers just keep getting better. Better yet, the forecast
is for cool weather in April.
Given that the president is going to make some evaluation of the last two week's lock-down next Monday and he hopes to do something about
unaffected rural areas like Ridgecrest & Beatty by Easter, there is hope we could still have a great ride on say 4/18-19.
Third news is that gas just dropped $1. I already bought the T-shirts and with gas that cheep, I can put on the ride if only 10 people
want to ride!
