Plan to Re-open Oceano Dunes SVRA Released
State Parks just released their plan to reopen Oceano Dunes SRVA. It’s a 3 tier plan. While this is a start, I don’t feel it is a well thought-out plan but rather a compromise meant to pacify those that want the Dunes closed.
